• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
• Speed Squad LLC reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or modify an order in the event of pricing errors, incorrect product descriptions, or stock issues.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
• Free shipping (when offered) uses the most economical method (3–10 business days typical).
• Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Custom, made-to-order, or digital products (including STL files) are non-returnable.
• Refunds issued to original payment method after inspection.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

5. STL Files & Digital Products

• Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing STL files without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for equipment damage, malfunctions, or failed prints from use of files.
• Customers are solely responsible for safe printing and use.

6. Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are intended for radio-controlled and slot car hobby use only. Products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14. Customers are responsible for safe installation and proper use. Speed Squad LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from misuse or modification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed Squad LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent data. Limited sharing may occur with trusted providers strictly for order fulfillment and support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content—including logos, product designs, and STL files—is the intellectual property of Speed Squad LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Uploading or sharing Files publicly.
• Modifying Files for resale or claiming them as your own.
• Circumventing copyright or licensing restrictions.

3. No Warranty

Files are provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about print success, compatibility, or durability.

4. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for printer setup, materials, and safety of printed items. We assume no liability for damages or failed prints.
