▶ Pit Stand Assembly — Quick Start
1) Unbox and verify all parts. 2) Dry-fit the stand and tray to understand orientation. 3) Seat the tray fully in the base; avoid forcing parts. 4) If included, install rubber feet. 5) Test fit your scale vehicle and adjust tray positions for clearance.
▶ Tool Tray & Battery Inserts
Accessories press-fit into the stand base. Align the insert, press evenly on corners, and confirm a flat, wobble-free fit. For tight fits, a tiny dab of isopropyl on the edge can help slide-in and evaporates cleanly.
▶ Cleaning & Maintenance
Wipe with a damp microfiber; avoid harsh solvents. Keep stands away from prolonged heat (>60°C) and direct sun to prevent warping. Re-check fit after transport.
▶ Safety Notes
Small parts — not for children under 14. Verify stable placement before use. Always disconnect batteries when working on electronics.
3D Printing Tips (for STLs)
- Materials: PLA+ or PETG recommended for strength and heat resistance.
- Layer Height: 0.20–0.28 mm for trays/stands; 0.16–0.20 mm for precision tools.
- Infill: 20–35% grid/gyroid; increase for high-stress parts.
- Walls: 3–4 perimeters for durability.
- Supports: Only where required; orient parts to minimize supports.
- Post-processing: Light deburr/sand contact edges for smooth press fits.

Troubleshooting
▶ Accessories feel too tight/loose
Re-check orientation. For tight fits, lightly file the inner edge or warm the insert gently (hair dryer) and press evenly. For loose fits, a thin foam tape strip can add grip.
▶ Stand rocks on the table
Verify feet are seated and the surface is flat. Add adhesive rubber feet if needed.
▶ Print not fitting your model
Confirm you downloaded the correct scale/version. Measure key dimensions; reprint with 100–102% flow or 100.5–101% scale to compensate for shrinkage.
